The children’s nurses work across the Chilterns area of Buckinghamshire and North West Hertfordshire caring for children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening illnesses in their own homes.

Hallé Concerts Society

Hallé Concerts Society

Trustees are pleased to award a grant for 2019 to be used to fund a Relaxed Performance for children and young people with complex learning disabilities and additional communication needs. The performance will be given in the new Education Centre, Hallé St Peters and Halle will work in partnership with the Seashell Trust (also a JHCT grant recipient) and the Able Orchestra to plan the performances, train musicians and evaluate the impact of the programme.
