Trustees are please to award a grant for 2019 supporting the work of a small team of children’s hospice at home nurses employed by Rennie Grove Hospice Care. The children’s nurses work across the Chilterns area of Buckinghamshire and North West Hertfordshire caring for children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening illnesses in their own homes.
